After spending six weeks writing and recording in a cabin on a farm, two weeks in Brooklyn preparing workshops, and 10 Days on Ithaca College’s campus implementing our first CampusBuiLLd program (an interactive art & activism residency), it all culminated last night into a fantastic show where I premiered (or rather did the first run through of) my one-man show spiritrials.

It was far from perfect…but it was AMAZING! I was felt in a way I have never been before and I will always be grateful to the people in that crowd last night for receiving my soul so well. I left a piece of my heart in Ithaca last night and I ain’t even tripping…ya’ll can have it. Much love!
